Siliziumbronze (kann auch als Everdur bekannt sein) ist ein F\u00fcllmetall auf Kupferbasis, das etwa 3% Silizium enth\u00e4lt und geringe Prozents\u00e4tze an Mangan, Zinn und Zink enthalten kann. C656 wird typischerweise zum Gas-Wolfram-Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen und Gas-Metall-Lichtbogenschwei\u00dfen von Kupfer, Messing, Bronze, Stahl, verzinkten St\u00e4hlen und auch Gusseisen verwendet.
